So after my one hour training session I was sore, me someone who thought was fit and in shape, yes I was. But I listened and I tried again with no snacking at night and really being strict on what I ate. I did it! for 2 days and then I was snacking again for 1-2 days and then I was ok. But only at night, watching tv, relaxing.

After my 1 hour training session, I thought I was ready to go with it and really work at it and I did in the gym. At home (eating) was a different story, I wasn't ready to give up my sunchips at night or just nightly munching. I would go for a day or so and then I was snacking again. Why can I not do this??

My journey begins
Lets go back to February. I was in shape, at least I thought I was. So I decided to talk to a trainer at the gym that I work out at about becoming toned, which I was not accomplishing on my own. So in March I did and I did a 1 hour training session with him and wow! did I learn alot

Then and now
About 6 months ago I had decided that I wanted to change the way my body looked, I thought I was eating right and doing enough weights and cardio. I was wrong. I did do enough cardio but I was not doing enough weights. After a few months I started seeing results and I was hooked on working out. But in order for me to get that way, I had to go on a very strict diet since I am already a petite person, but I was determined to do it and I did. Now I am hapy with the way my body looks and all the compliments that I get.
