So after my one hour training session I was sore, me someone who thought was fit and in shape, yes I was. But I listened and I tried again with no snacking at night and really being strict on what I ate. I did it! for 2 days and then I was snacking again for 1-2 days and then I was ok. But only at night, watching tv, relaxing.
